Saudi Arabia is going to become third partner in CPEC it could have to do with india I think that because of india us try to make deals with iran and saudi arab doesn't like it and history could repeat itself as pakistan played an important role to unite china and america this time it could build a relation ship between china and saudia arabia in war time this will also help pakistan because if pakistan attacked the saudi will have to protect their investment
