when Pakistan found out about India strategy which is called cold start in easy term India was gonna try to out number Pakistan forces and attack with its full strength without leading the fight into a nuclear war but to avoid this Pakistan made small tactical nuclear weapons to destroy the whole battalion so Pakistan wont even need to send troops one missile will do the job
India says if Pakistan use NASR india will use full size nuke but if this happens that Pakistan use this missile on its own territory against india the ball will be in Indian hand because if they use full size nuke pakistan will also use it full size nukes so what do you guys think?
